Holistic Wellness Counseling

Holistic Wellness Counseling is an integrative approach to therapy that accounts for emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual factors that affect mental and physical wellbeing.

  • Emotional Wellbeing: consists of the feelings we experience, anxiety, depression, anger, joy, and love.
  • Mental Wellbeing: consists of the thought processes and patterns we exhibit in our thinking.
  • Physical Wellbeing: consists of the physical symptoms we experience such as pain or discomfort in the body or pleasurable sensations.
  • Spiritual Wellbeing: consists of our framework and viewpoints about life; they may or may not include religious beliefs.
